The Texas Stix Softball organization is expanding to the Houston area starting in August of 2014. The Texas Stix are an organization founded in 1995 in the Austin, Texas area. For the past two decades, the Texas Stix have been dedicated to player development and preparing players for the highest levels. The Texas Stix has placed over +100 girls to play college softball. Texas Stix teams have qualified coaches who have played at the collegiate level.
The Texas Stix HTX will be directed by Alyssa Tjaden.Tryouts and practices will be held at Friendswood High School starting in August.
